The Chairman and member of a district and zakat committee shall cease to hold office if it is proved in an enquiry held by provincial council that the District Committee:
A ) Is being interrogated by the police and a case of embezzlement has been registered
B ) Has a majority of members who are not pious muslims or who are engaged in political activity ✅
C ) Cases of civil nature are pending against them
